How do I book an appointment?  

Appointments can be booked online. Patients are encouraged to use the form on this website.                Go to 'book an appointment' or click  here. 

How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?  

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online by clicking 'view' and 'cancel or reschedule' in the appointment confirmation email.  If you are unable to keep your appointment, it can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. 

Video consultations 

An appointment in the form of a video consultation is possible. You can simply book the appointment online and I will provide you with a link to the video consultation. 

Important information 

Please bring your ID-card and a label from your health insurance.  At the first fertility consultation it is mandatory to bring our partner, as well as his ID-card and health insurance info.
